Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of luxury residential renovation and fit-out projects across New York City. This role is responsible for schedule and budget control, subcontractor coordination, and client communication on high-end, design-driven residential work.

This position suits a Project Manager with strong NYC residential experience and a high standard for quality, organization, and client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through completion

• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants

• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work

• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress billing

• Lead job meetings and client communications

• Monitor job costs, forecast performance, and manage project risk

• Support project close-out, punch list, and turnover

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager on NYC luxury residential projects

• Proven experience with high-end apartments, townhouses, or brownstones

• Strong knowledge of NYC DOB residential processes and inspections

• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain premium finish standards

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Procore or similar construction management software experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills
