Construction Superintendent

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site execution of luxury residential renovation and fit-out projects across New York City. This role is responsible for daily field operations, trade coordination, schedule control, and quality delivery on high-end, design-driven residential work.

This position suits a Superintendent with strong NYC residential experience and a high standard for finish quality, client service, and site organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site operations for luxury residential projects

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field labor

• Drive project schedules and trade sequencing

• Enforce site safety in compliance with OSHA and NYC DOB requirements

• Conduct daily site walks and quality control inspections

• Coordinate DOB, third-party, and building management inspections

• Maintain site logistics in occupied or high-end residential buildings

• Track progress and support punch-list and close-out

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Superintendent on NYC luxury residential projects

• Proven experience with high-end apartments, townhouses, or brownstones

• Strong knowledge of NYC DOB codes and residential inspections

• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain premium finish standards

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• OSHA 30 required (SST preferred)

• Procore or similar construction software experience
