Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Drywall & Interior Systems Estimator for a well-established, union commercial interiors contractor based in New Jersey with a strong project pipeline across NJ and NYC. This is a senior estimating role focused strictly on drywall and interior systems for commercial interior projects.

This position suits a highly technical estimator who values accuracy, professionalism, and long-term fit within a stable organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for drywall, framing, and interior systems

• Perform takeoffs from construction drawings

• Develop accurate, competitive pricing for commercial projects

• Review supplier and subcontractor pricing

• Support bid strategy and awarded project handoff

Requirements

• Extensive experience estimating drywall and interior systems only

• Proven NYC commercial drywall estimating experience

• Background with a specialty drywall/interiors contractor (not GC)

• Union experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of NYC market pricing and labor
