Construction Project Manager

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects throughout New Jersey. This role is responsible for schedule control, cost management, subcontractor coordination, and client communication from preconstruction through close-out.

This position suits a driven Project Manager with strong field and office coordination skills and experience managing projects in fast-paced construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through completion

• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants

• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work

• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress billing

• Lead job meetings and client communications

• Monitor job costs, forecast performance, and manage project risk

• Support project close-out, punch list, and turnover

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager on New Jersey construction projects

• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and stakeholders

• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications

• Experience with cost control, scheduling, and contract administration

• Procore or similar construction software experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills
