Inventus Partners was founded by Sam Millington, a construction recruitment specialist with several years of experience working exclusively within the US construction sector. After working closely with general contractors, construction managers, and subcontractors across New York and New Jersey, Inventus was established to deliver a more considered and consultative recruitment service — built around relationships, market insight, and long-term outcomes rather than transactional hiring.
